Mevagissey Harbour

Monday's weather was really dull, but we fancied getting out in the fresh air.
Last week, we saw a grey seal just outside the harbour, but the photos & video didn't come out very well.
We thought we may see him again, but he was nowhere to be seen...

We love this time of year - when we get places to ourselves...

Yesterday, we had a full day out in the sunshine...
On Perranporth Beach...

And ended the day at Truro's City Of Lights...
Lantern Parade & switch on of the Christmas lights.

More to follow soon...

Bye for now,

  3. Is that a ponytail I spy on Sime? Never noticed it before if it is.

The days do look grey - but wonderful photos. And a lighthouse too BLISS!

  6. A full day in the sun sounds perfect! We finally got sun here & enjoyed it a lot today.

  7. Hello - we're being rubbish at keeping up...

Jane - yes, it's great outside of holiday season!

Kath - that beach is 3 miles long, your doggies would love it!

Leanne - Sime's had his ponytail for about 15 years. His hair used to be down to his bum, but then he shaved it all off!

Sue - Cornwall is beautiful, especially out of season!

Catherine - That doorway is in a cafe in Truro, we thought it was a bit like our dining room... But tidier!

Molly - It was incredible to see the seal, we had no idea there would any near to where we live...

    Kay :)
